Enter, edit and check data using your custom software
Enter your data, from various locations if needed and we’ll collate the data. Upload to Badge&Print Web, so it is then accessible to us. You can have multiple locations & licenses to do so. Sense check uploaded records, approval process and added to your Badge&Print database.
Print, QC, Packing and Delivery
Once approved your ID cards will be printed by our team. these will then pass through a QC stage where the data is cross checked against records, and any discrepancies rectified. We then package the cards securely, separated by issuer and prepare for dispatch. We can dispatch to multiple locations which is ideal when you have remote workers or multiple sites far from your headquarters.

Our service is fully flexible to suit your needs. Our identity management programs are written in-house by our engineers, so there will be no issues associated with third party out-sourced software. Your staff database is secured by the use of Firewalls, SSL, STP and encrypted passwords and we can define up to 3 levels of approval on your custom website.
To prevent counterfeiting, we offer various security features such as holofoil (ideal for local authority workers), watermarks (great for police forces) and UV printing. For access control, we can customise RFID cards with contactless technology from major manufacturers including Mifare, HID and Paxton. Additionally, we can add tracking features to your ID cards such as barcodes and QR codes.
