West Sussex Fire & Rescue ID card program
Working in partnership with West Sussex Fire & Rescue, we provide a service to produce a photo ID system and warrant card system for Operations, Support Staff and Community Volunteers.
Applications for new cards and re-issues are made via an online portal with authorised users able to log on, view and approve applications as well as report on cards issued and cards due for renewal. Once approved, applications are automatically sent to our secure production facility for printing and dispatch, ensuring a quick turnaround.

Firefighter badges and first responder ID cards can be used for so much more than just visual identification. Using industry leading direct to plastic printers, we can print onto RFID cards from most manufacturers, including Mifare, HID and Paxton. These employ contactless technology allowing fast and secure access to restricted buildings, tracking and protection of valuable assets and equipment, as well as cashless vending.
Choice of heavy duty card holders and accessories
To enable your ID cards to be worn or displayed, we offer a wide choice of rugged accessories suitable for use in adverse working environments, including rigid card holders, sealable weather resistant plastic wallets and heavy duty metal badge reels. Our lanyards can be fitted with a quick release safety breakaway and there is an option to add fluorescent, high visibility printing, ideal for poor weather conditions or low level lighting.

If you prefer to create ID cards-in-house, you can use our powerful ID card software in conjunction with one or several of our specialist printers that can print on plastic cards and smart cards with RFID technology.
We also supply as a large choice of custom lanyards, ID pass holders and accessories. We offer various level of support contract to help extend the lifespan of your specialist equipment.

Our comprehensive identity card software incorporates many features including a configurable database for fast data entry, full reporting on cards issued and cards due for renewal etc. and a flexible ID card design package with data driven triggers for issuing different styles of cards to denote category of validity, for example staff, trainees or volunteers.
Printers with security features
For use with our ID card software, we offer a choice of high quality direct to plastic card printers with both single side and double side options available. All printers produce excellent reproduction of logos and crests with a number of additional security features available for added protection, including watermark overlay, holographic overlaminates and UV printing.
