We make your police ID cards easy to recognise but hard to counterfeit
As warrant cards are carried by Police Officers and Special Constables as proof of identity and authority, it is vital to minimise the risk of counterfeiting. A number of security devices can be added to our ID cards for security including holofoils (similar in appearance to a hologram, which can be produced in the design of your Force crest), fine line or micro security background printing, holographic overlaminates and UV inks.
We centralise and secure your police ID card database
Access to your database and online request form is restricted to authorised users and you can have up to 3 levels of approval before the warrant cards go to print. We operate fully in accordance with GDPR with all data and images held on a dedicated server at a secure data centre employing the latest hardware Firewall technology, password protection and secure encryption using SSL/https, to industry standards.

Print your warrant cards yourself with our system
If you prefer to create warrant cards in-house you can use our powerful ID card software in conjunction with one of several of our specialist printers that can print on plastic cards and access control cards with RFID chips.
We also supply a large choice of cards, custom lanyards, ID pass holders and accessories. We offer various levels of support contract to help extend the lifespan of your specialist equipment.

A feature-rich warrant card software
Our photo ID card software has been used by many Police Forces both in the UK and overseas for the design, production and management of their warrant card process. The user configurable database can interface with third party applications for fast exchange of data and the card design packages enable easy creation of different styles and category of ID cards. Full reporting is available on for example, number of cards produced, and which warrant cards are due for renewal.
Printers with security features
Our range of direct to plastic ID card printers include both single side and duplex options. For added security, our economy ID card printer can add a watermark overlay to the surface of the cards with the built in IdentiKote feature and our premium photo ID card printer supports both UV printer and a holographic overlaminate, with the optional hot roller unit. All of our printers are available with RFID encoding modules for use of access control and door entry cards.
