Counterfeit-proof council ID cards
Security is paramount, particularly for staff working with vulnerable people or who are visiting private residences. To reduce the risk of counterfeiting, our ID cards can incorporate a number of security features including a holofoil which can be produced in the design of the authorities logo or crest, holographic overlaminates, UV inks and fine line, micro background printing.
Endless ID card options
With many different divisions, departments, and types of employees, it is important to clearly identify each of the various categories, for example Staff, Contractors, Licensed Taxi drivers, Trading Standards or Social Services. Multiple card designs can be created using colour coding, symbols or variable text, with triggers to automatically print only the correct style of ID card for each person.

If you prefer to create council cards in-house, you can use our powerful ID card software in conjunction with one or several of our specialist printers that can print on plastic cards and smart cards with RFID technology.
We also supply a large choice of custom lanyards, ID pass holders and accessories. We offer various level of support contract to help extend the lifespan of your specialist equipment.

A feature-rich ID software
Some organisations prefer to manage their ID card issuing in-house, with several Councils and Local Authorities choosing to use our feature rich software. This enables multiple card styles to be designed, set up and printed and also includes a full reporting facility of cards issued and a configurable database, which can be interfaced with a third party system such as an HR database for fast exchange of data.
Printers with security features
To operate in conjunction with our software, we offer a choice of ID card printers with options for both single or double side printing. All of our printers can print on RFID cards, provide high quality reproduction of graphics or logos and can add a variety of different security features to the printed ID cards.
